Shipping policy

All Sorevna® products are shipped within 2 business days.  Please note, the term "business day" refers to a normal working day Monday - Friday and excludes all federal holidays.  Should any product shipping delays be anticipated beyond 2 business days, a member of our customer support staff will contact you.  Please be sure when placing orders that you verify your shipping address prior to order submission.  Once an order is finalized the shipping address unfortunately cannot be changed.  Please contact our office immediately if you feel a shipping error has occurred and we will do our best to resolve it.
