How the cream works
Calluses form in response to biomechanics (the study of muscles, bones, joints, and other components of the human body to pressure, friction, alignment, weight distribution, etc.) and stress on the soft tissues. The everyday activities exert shearing forces on the feet, leading to inflammation of the soft tissues. This inflammatory response triggers the accumulation of excess keratin, resulting in a callus, especially on the feet. It is well-documented in the clinical literature that urea is a safe and effective method of removing callus. Our Natural Foot Therapy Cream targets the process of excess keratin production by using topical urea, a natural keratolytic. Urea softens calluses while simultaneously acting as a moisturizer. Additionally, the inclusion of Calendula extract, a potent natural calming agent, serves to counteract inflammation. By targeting this process, and soothing inflammation, our Natural Foot Therapy Cream aims to slow callus production and gently remove devitalized skin, leaving your feet soft and supple.
