Is there a specific way that Sorevna should be used on the skin?

Each Sorevna product has a specific set of instructions. Please refer to the instructions on the container for use.

I found Sorevna products on a different website for sale, but haven’t received my order, can you help?

To maintain an unparalleled standard of excellence, we strongly advise that you only purchase Sorevna products directly through our website. If you purchased Sorevna through an unknown third party you should try to reach them directly to discuss your order. Sorevna Labs is not responsible for the quality control standards of unauthorized third-party sellers.

I’m having issues placing my order.

Depending on what type of browser you are using, you may need to refresh the page and try again. Sometimes using a private browser will affect the checkout section of websites. If you are still having issues, please feel free to contact us at help@sorevna.com

Shipping questions

How soon will I receive my product?

Sorevna attempts to ship products as soon as possible with a maximum processing time of 1-2
business days and shipping time of 3-6 business days for the continental USA. Shipping times
are slightly longer for Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.

When I check my tracking number, it says my order was delivered, but it was not . . .help!

USPS uses a GPS system for tracking the status of deliveries. Sometimes this system can be off for as much as 2 days. If it has been more than two days and you have not received your order,
please email us at help@sorevna.com

How can I cancel or edit my order?

Unfortunately, your order cannot be canceled or edited after it is placed, however, you can always return your order after you receive it. As long as it is received in 30 days we will issue a full refund.

What if there is something wrong with my order?

We are sorry to hear that something is wrong with your order. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order but if you feel

What if I can’t find my tracking number?

We always advise you to wait 2 days and check the number again. Sometimes there is a delay in the tracking information that is reported by the carrier. If you are still having difficulty two days after placing your order, then email us at

What is the return policy for Sorevna®?

At Sorevna® we believe in all of our products. We have spent years creating a uniquely special product line to make our customers happy. If you are not 100% happy with your product, return it to us in 30 days for a complete refund. Remember that gift cards and free promotional
products are not eligible for refunds.

How long does it take from the time I return my product from the time that I’m issued a refund?

Most refunds are processed within 2 weeks.
